Home Love Services: Pricing, Options, & Scheduling

Home Organizing Services: Pricing & Scheduling

PRICING:

$60 per hour for one home organizer. 3 hour minimum

$30 per hour for each additional organizer assistant needed

Shopping: $60 per hour

Maintenance visits: $60 an hour for established clients

Travel fee of $30-$60 an hour may apply for travel over 30 minutes


STEPS TO SCHEDULE:

- TEXT 269-209-4964 with photos of the project you wish to tackle! Photos will help us greatly during our initial call! 

  • A half hour initial phone consult will be scheduled to discuss your project
  • Most small or straight forward projects can usually be booked after initial call.
  • Large or complex projects may require an in-home consultation.
  • The first hour of an in-home consult is complimentary, each additional hour is $45 per hour
  • To reserve a time slot for an organization project, a $60 deposit will be required (via Zelle or Pay Pal)

Notes:

  • Most organizing projects are booked in 3 or 6 hour sessions to start.
  • A basic service agreement will be provided for each project.
  • In home consults typically involve measuring and planning for an upcoming project
  • An estimate for the time required for a project is given during the initial in home consult. Please understand these are estimates based on years of experience, but they are approximations and end costs may be higher or lower.
  • Most projects start with Editing, Sorting, and purging 
  • Larger projects may require additional planning and or shopping.



Home Staging Services: Pricing and Options

Basic Pricing:


  • Initial Phone Consultation is complimentary
  • In-home consultation: 1st hour is complimentary. Each additional hour is $60
  • Staging Projects begin at $80 per hour for one Home Stager. 4 hour minimum.
  • Staging Projects that require additional assistants: $40 per additional person, per hour
  • Shopping: $60 an hour
  • Maintenance visits: $60 an hour


STAGING OPTIONS:


Staging the lived-in Home: See above basic pricing. 

An in home consultation is a required first step. Advice on what to repair, upgrade or paint is given at this time. The actual Staging begins with an editing/purging/packing session, and then we work with what you have already to stage the home and prepare for a photo shoot. It may also include bringing in additional artwork and accessories that are either purchased or rented, to make sure your professional photos are perfect


Staging a Vacant Home: See above basic pricing. 

An in home consultation is a required first step. Advice on what to repair, upgrade or paint is given at this time. An estimate for the Staging will then be provided, based on your needs. We can purchase or rent on your behalf all that is needed to stage the vacant property. Cost savings tips and tricks of the trade are always included! It will include a final walk through after you’ve completed your work so that I can provide any last minute tips and tweaks.

Staging Consultation for DIY - option A:  $100 per hour | 4 hour minimum: 

This includes in-home Consultation & Direction where we walk through every room, including curb and other outdoor spaces, and YOU take detailed notes. Advice will be given on any repairs or upgrades to make, what to keep and what to edit or pack, paint color selection if needed, furniture re-arrangement ideas, accessorizing advice, shopping advice for anything needed, and affordable tricks of the trade will be shared to help save you money! It will include a final walk through after you’ve completed your work so that I can provide any last minute tips and tweaks.


Staging Consultation for DIY - option B: $100 an hour | 6 hour minimum: 

This includes a fast paced and shorter in-home consultation but I will also take photos and detailed notes. A few days later you will receive a detailed, room by room, step by step, type written guide advising on what YOU can implement to stage your home yourself, and will include all the advice listed in option A. It will include a final walk through after you’ve completed your work so that I can provide any last minute tips and tweaks.


Photo shoot day: $100 an hour | 3 hour minimum with one Stager: 

This option is for homes that are staged and ready. One Stager will come in at least 2 hours before a photo shoot to make sure every room is ready for its close up, and includes photo shoot styling “as it happens” while the photographer is taking photos, to make sure every photo is perfect, no pillow is out of place, lighting is right, and furniture is placed right for the shot! (and no dogs, cats, or underwear are in any shots!)


Virtual Staging: $100 an hour | 8 hour minimum: 

This service requires that you work with VHT photographers, as I currently only use VHT’s programs for virtual staging. Ideally, I attend the photo shoot to make sure the right shots are taken. Once the photos are done I get to work quickly to prepare the Virtual Staging. 


Home Design Services: Pricing

  • Half hour phone consultation is complimentary
  • Initial in home consultation: 1st hour is complimentary. Each additional hour is $60
  • Design Services begin at $80 an hour with one designer. 3 hour minimum.
  • Projects that require additional assistants: $40 per additional person, per hour.


Design services are intended for personal assistance with homeowners in the re-design of their own home and may include: design and planning assistance for new kitchens, baths, flooring and paint color selection, whole room re-designs, shopping assistance, and some landscaping and garden design assistance. Smaller Design services such as wall art hanging and Gallery wall creation are always welcome!

Scheduling Home Staging and Design Services

Initial Phone Consultation:

To schedule a time for an initial phone, face time or Zoom consultation:

Note: The initial call will be brief, approximately 1/2 hour. We will go over the basics of your project and discuss next best steps. Small and straightforward projects can be scheduled immediately, but some projects will require an in home consultation.


In Home Consultation:

  • Most in home consultations are approximately 2 hours in length at minimum. The first hour is complimentary. Each additional hour is $60
  • Most in home consultations will include planning and measuring for the intended project, and photos and notes will be taken. 
  • An estimate of how much time is required to complete your project, along with a basic staging or design plan will be provided within 2-3 days of this meeting.


Booking a Home Staging or Design Project:

  • A basic service agreement will be prepared and sent to you for signature.
  • A deposit of 1/2 the estimated time of the project to be completed will be required to secure a time slot on the calendar. Pay via Zelle or PayPal.
  • Most projects can be scheduled within 2 weeks, sooner if available.
  • Some projects may require pre-planning, shopping, or other prep work.
  • I will always do my best to complete your project as quickly and efficiently as possible!


NOTE: Estimates on time to complete a project are best estimates based on years of experience. Every home and project are different and unforeseen factors can arise, or factors out of Home Love’s control (such as if other vendors are involved) that will cause a project to take longer than estimated. Please know, I always do my best to work as fast and furious as possible to get the job done as efficiently and expeditiously as possible.
